1. Who we are

2. Data we process

The App stores the following locally on your device:

• Alarm settings (time, days, label, sound, banana selection, on/off)
• Timer and stopwatch state
• App preferences (default sound/banana, vibration)

3. Permissions

You can revoke permissions in your device settings at any time.

• Notifications / alarms: to schedule and deliver alarm and timer alerts, including when the app is in the background.
• Vibration / haptics: optional feedback while an alarm is ringing.

4. What we do not do

• No account registration
• No advertising ID tracking
• No sale of personal data
• No analytics that identify you personally

5. App Store review prompts

The App may show a system review dialog (in-app review). That dialog is handled by Apple / Google. We do not receive the content of your review through the App.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

7. Data retention & deletion

Local app data remains until you delete the App or clear its data in system settings. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored alarms and preferences.

8. Your rights (EEA/UK/CH)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because most data never leaves your device, many requests are fulfilled by deleting the App or clearing app data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change.
